Media & Communcations Strategies Wins Top International Crisis Communications Awards

Washington, DC — Media & Communications Strategies, LLC has received the Crisis Communications Platinum category Hermes Creative Award. Hermes Creative Awards recognize outstanding work in the marketing and communication fields.

The Washington, DC-based Media & Communications Strategies, LLC award submission demonstrated exceptional public relations, public affairs and government relations strategies to turn around negative perception involving one of the largest international corporate brands.

There were over 3,000 entries from throughout the United States and internationally in several categories for the Hermes Creative Awards competition. Entries came from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.

Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (www.amcpros.com).

"Our crisis communications submission for the Hermes showed how imagination, hard work and media savvy can rectify years of misinformation on a bet-the-division issue. This huge corporate client is delighted with the results and those results show that a properly planned and executed campaign can turn you into a poster boy for corporate responsibility rather than a media whipping boy," said Media & Communications Strategies, LLC President Scott Sobel.
